You can make forum games, no matter what your rank. But, there are limitations. Here are the rules:

Do's:
Make a topic that is fun
Make a knowledgeable topic
Make a creative topic
Making different Role Plays



Dont's:
Making a topic that can be hurtful to someone
Making a topic with false knowledge
Copying another topic
Characters falling in love/ having mates on the Different Role Plays
